Thank you for choosing our tour package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

• Pricing

  All prices listed on our website are quoted on a per person basis unless otherwise mentioned. Prices do not include tips for guides or drivers, beverages, meals (unless specified), or room services. Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Methods of Payment

  We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made via credit card at the time of booking. Charges will appear on your credit card statement accordingly.

• Confirmation of Payment

  Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation slip will be sent to you via email. You must present a printed or digital copy of this confirmation to redeem your tour package. Please ensure all travel details provided during booking are accurate.

• Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  Cancellation

  • Each tour activity or attraction has its own cancellation policy. Clients must review the specific cancellation policy before booking.
  • Combo tours can be cancelled. However, if a single tour within a combo is cancelled, combo pricing will no longer apply. The individual price of the non-cancelled tour will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Before booking a combo package, please ensure all tour options are available. Otherwise, only available services will be provided.

  No-Show

  No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show unless specifically stated in the cancellation policy of the booked activity.

• Cancellation Procedures

  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Silver Tourism LLC. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone. We are not responsible for cancellations not received or not confirmed by us.

• Itinerary Amendments

  Tour itineraries and services are subject to change due to weather conditions, airline schedules, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar value, subject to availability. Silver Tourism LLC reserves the right to make minor amendments without reimbursement. No reimbursement will be made in cases of force majeure events such as floods or earthquakes.

• Website Usage Restrictions

  All content on this website including logos, images, tour descriptions, pricing, and other information is the property of Silver Tourism LLC. Users agree not to exploit or use website content for commercial or unlawful purposes.

• Delivery & Shipping Policy

  Silver Tourism LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
